- Buffwing Macaws are hybrids that have a very gentle loving nature with a little spunk!
The parents are a Greenwing Macaw(Dad) and a Buffon's Macaw(Mom). Buffon's Macaws are very rare macaws.
These babies are very large in size and take after their 1600g Greenwing father.
The babies are hand reared from day one. When the time comes they will be transitioned to a fresh veggies and pellet diet. These babies will be fully weaned by the time they leave for their forever home!
We encourage you to come visit your baby during the weaning process to create a lifelong bond.
