- Indian Ring Necks- Proven Breeders. Due to failing health I need to sell all my proven breeders of Indian Ring Neck Parrots. I have two pairs of Lutinos, two pairs of blues and one pair with a lutino male and a blue female. All birds are healthy and are about 4-5 years old. Price of all blues is $400.00 and the price of all lutinos is $550.00. I will sell a pair for $850.00. I am willing to ship anywhere in the Continental US at buyers cost.
