- Milo is 22 yrs. old, originally a California bird. Talks and sings. Very hormonal right now and would take a mate. Fully feathered. Previous owner had two females he really wanted to get to and got a little frustrated, started to chew. He is not a plucker, fully feathered. Likes fresh fruit and veggies, corn on the cob and birdie bread. On a seed and pellet mix with lots of dried fruit , veggies and mixed tree nuts. Would be a good pet for the well experienced large bird handler or breeder. $500 shipping ok at buyers expense
