I was helping a friend out by retraining her Lutino Cockatiel. She couldn't figure out why he stopped talking and whistling. We now know why. Bob is now a Babette... She is a little cranky but my mom fools with her all of the time. most of the time she buffalo's you. She is under 5 years old and is a sassy little bird.
