I have two amazing birds, both have been hand raised and well socialized. These are the only two chicks I raised this year and I have put a lot of time otni socializing these two really well. Both birds have great personalities and are looking for great forever homes.
"Gonzo" is an Eastern Slender Billed Cockatoo. "He" is very sweet and loves to cuddle, he is also very smart and already tries to mimic full sentences, and he isn't even completely weaned. Slender Billed Cockatoos are known to be great talkers and are very smart, so they need a lot of enrichment to satisfy their busy brains. A place where he will be able to get outside play time is a plus, as well as someone who us willing to supply this bird with species specific enrichment (digging). They are quite uncommon in US Aviculture. Weaned onto an organic pellet diet, seed/nut/dried fruit mix, Blessings Soak and Sprout, and of course fresh fruits and vegetables. This is a great opportunity for a very special bird. $2500 obo
"Trixie" is a Swainsons Rainbow Lorikeet. Trixie's enormous personality makes it hard to believe she is so small. She is so ambitious and loves to hop around not only the house, but also all around the yard and garden. She loves to crawl inside your sweater and cuddle up while you read, but she will also rough house when she is in the mood. She has been weaned onto Nekton Lory Nectar, Fruits and Vegetables, and Blessings Lori Powder. A great opportunity to get a small bird with a HUGE personality. $700 obo
