We have 2 DNA sexed female White-Bellied Caiques. They were sold to us as a pair, but ended up being 2 females. They are approx. 2-3 years old. Both are friendly, but are still a little scared as they were kept with the idea of breeding prior to us getting them.

Female #1:

She is a sweety. She loves loves loves her head scratched. She will take a bath in the sink. She will let you roll over her over on her back and rub her belly with a little reassurance. She lets you pet under her wings. She is content just to sit quietly on your shoulder or head. She does vocalize some, but I haven't heard any clear words.

Female #2:

She is extremely outgoing. Seems to prefer men. She tries to intimidate me. We call her the crazy bird! She shows off, dances and is very vocal. She says peek-a-boo, hello, bad boy, laughs and lots of other noises. She doesn't like to be on her back.

We are asking $650 each for these beauties. They do not come with cages. They will come with their DNA certificates with the results of the sexing & disease tests (PBFD, Polyoma, Pacheco and ABV, all negative).
