Quaker parrot

I've had Pico for over 6 years. I'm sad to say goodbye but I'll be moving otni an apartment. Pico can go free to a good home. Will include cage. Pico requires A LOT of attention and can be very loud if he feels he's being ignored. He can be very affectionate but it will definitely take some time. He has been plucking his own feathers for the past year. I took him to the vet to make sure it wasn't anything serious (it's not). He's let up some but I've just come to terms with it (I tried a lot of different methods to try and get him to stop, he won't). Please let me know if you have any questions.
