Hybrid Macaw Breeder Pair

NOT TAME PETS! BREEDERS ONLY! Hybrid Macaws, Bonded Breeding Pair, male Ruby female Scarlet. Phillip is 13 yrs. Penny is 20. Phillip paired up with her last August with his choice of two Scarlet hens. Penny was the larger of the two. Both were semi -tame before pairing up, both can talk a little. Very bonded pair, often seen sitting on their swing together. Pretty good feather although a little ratty from working the nestbox together. Have had a nestbox since last October. Penny immediately laid a clutch if infertile within 2 weeks of the nestbox being hung. She sits well and Phillip feeds her well. Penny is very protective of the box right now, will jump in to defend if I peek inside. On diet of my in house seed and pellet, fruit and veggie mix. Also get cooked food and birdie bread once a week as well as boiled corn on the cob. I am downsizing my large breeders right now for smaller birds. $1400 for the pair, shipping ok at buyer expense
