7 Year Old DNA Sexed Male Umbrella Cocka

7 year old DNA sexed umbrella cockatoo, needs to go to a home that has more time for him. We do not have as much time as we use to have for him, and it is starting to affect his behavior. He is a finicky eater. His biggest problem is he has separation anxiety. If he knows that we're home, but not in the same home, or even in the house, he screams until you come back to him. He talks, but does not have a large vocabulary. He like to be sung to, and will sing along with you. He likes to sit on laps, but isnt a shoulder percher. He has spent entire nights on my chest if I happen to fall asleep on the couch when he is out. He is also territorial. When he was going thru puberty, he adopted me as his "soul mate". He likes most people, but will take advantage of you if he feels that youre afraid of him. Bottom line is that, he doesnt get to spend enough time out of his cage, and doesnt have enough interaction with people. I will be choosy about who he goes to and he will not be shipped. I have had him since he was 6 months old. He comes with a his cage, but it is starting to show its age and has some chips on it.
