Casper needs his forever home

Casper is an adult umbrella cockatoo. I can no longer provide a home for him. He is a beauty. He doesn't have much of a vocabulary, but he definitely knows how to get your attention! If you've owned a parrot before, you get my drift. He is gentle and needs someone who will work with him andgive him the attention he deserves.
