N TX Female Triton Cockatoo

Female Sulphur-crested (Triton) cockatoo for sale/adoption. Approx 6-8 yrs old (well past those anxious teenager years); very healthy, active and verbal. Perfect feathering. Dominant personality; does not do well with other birds unless you want to see how she fares with another male cockatoo. VERY attention hungry and deeply bonds to owner (prefers men). Loves to play and cuddle. Raised around cats and dogs with no problems. Would not advise home with small children.

Pearl comes with her cage and toys/food. Need serious, committed inquiries only. It breaks our hearts to let her go, so we want to make sure her new owner is skilled with cockatoos or at least experienced with large birds. Price may be nego for right new home/owner.
