White capped pionus parrot

I have a White capped pionus parrot for sale. He just turned 1 year old on March 2nd. He has been sexed. His name is Lokie. I'm looking to rehome him for $500. Or with cage, $600. He can be very sweet and loves to have his head scratched. However, he can be nippy at times, more so when he is in his cage. He gets out daily and plays for a few hours and loves peanuts and sunflower seeds! He does need more attention than I have been giving him as that will help with his moods as well.
